This policy explains how information from the Laniakea Beach House inquiry form is used. Sending an inquiry starts a private conversation with the owners; it does not create a reservation or payment.

Information we collect

The rental inquiry form collects your name, email, phone number for inquiry follow-up, and total number of occupants, including adults and children. You may provide preferred arrival and departure dates, or indicate that your dates are flexible. You may also provide a message. If you choose the optional availability follow-up preference, the owners may contact you about relevant alternative availability. This does not enroll you in a mailing list. We collect limited technical information to prevent abuse and understand how visitors found the site.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to inquiries about Laniakea Beach House, prevent spam, and understand which ads lead to a successfully sent inquiry.

Who can access it

The owners can access inquiry information. Service providers may process it only as needed to host the site, protect the form, deliver email, and measure aggregate campaign performance.

Sharing

We do not sell inquiry information or share it with other property managers.

Retention and deletion

We normally keep inquiry records for up to 12 months. We may keep them longer when needed for a stay, a legal obligation, or a dispute.

Analytics and advertising measurement

Google Analytics and Google Ads may receive event data that does not contain your form responses. If you use the direct-contact choices, the event may identify whether you revealed the phone or email option and whether you selected call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email. It does not include the phone number, email addresses, link URL, or message text. We do not send your name, email, phone number, message, requested dates, guest count, or any other form value to analytics or advertising tags.

Security

The site uses HTTPS and anti-abuse controls to protect the inquiry form. No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee perfect security.
