What is the beach like?
In winter, North Shore swells can bring powerful surf. At other times conditions may be calmer. Swimming and snorkeling depend on ocean conditions. Hawaiian green sea turtles often visit Laniakea Beach; give them space.
Where can I arrange surf lessons?
Surf schools often meet at Puaʻena Point Beach Park when conditions allow. Ask the school about the right location and lesson for your group.
